Shipment Terms and Conditions

Customer agrees to understand and acknowledge that A2E is an online shopping platform for users to buy any product listed on A2E at the price indicated and the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

  • Customer warrants that the address label is complete and accurate. The address at which delivery of the product ordered by the customer should be correct and proper in all respects.
  • Additional charges will be imposed in the event of any change of address, once the product has been shipped from our end.
  • A2E will not be held responsible in an event of lost or undelivered package because of the inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
  • A2E will not be held responsible for delay in delivery caused due to changes in address after the order is placed and confirmed
  • After the receipt of payment from the customer, A2E shall arrange for the delivery of the product at the shipping address provided, within 7-10 working days.
  • 6) Before placing an order, you are advised to check the product description and system requirements carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

Refund Policy

A2E has designed a Refund policy that ensures complete customer satisfaction. A2E Refund Policy covers CD application product(s) sold on and other offline medium like retailers, channel partners and distributors

  • 1) In case, if a customer is not satisfied with A2E product(s) ordered, the customer is under an obligation to bring it to our notice within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product(s).

  • A2E will refund you 100% of the product price excluding the shipping charges. In case of complaints pertaining to the CD application product(s), please feel free to write us on

  • A customer can send back the product to A2E shipping address mentioned for refund. After A2E is in receipt of the product(s), A2E will initiate the refund process and ensure that the customer receives money within the next 5-7 weeks.

  • In case of the CD application product(s), a customer is entitled for the refund as per the A2E refund policy provided the customer has not activated the product using the activation key.

  • The product(s) returned must be in the original condition and undamaged. A customer is under an obligation to pack /seal them appropriately to ensure safety of the product during the transit.

  • Customer's order number and A2E address is mentioned properly on the packing.

Product Replacement Policy

A2E has designed a Product Replacement Policy. In case, a customer would like to opt for product replacement instead of refund

Product(s) received by the customer is non-functional due to technical reasons or system compatibility.

Purchased product(s) will be returned by the customer in the original condition and undamaged.

Product(s), after received by A2E, will be checked for technical and quality purpose.

4) The product will be replaced if and only if it qualifies under internal quality and technical reviews.

The product(s) will be replaced by new product(s) within 7-10 working days.

No extra shipment will be levied on customers for product replacement.
